The Japan Responsible Care Council (JRCC) recently announced its 4th annual Responsible Care Award winners.

Japan Chemical Industry Association (JCIA) held its 19th general
assembly in Tokyo on May 27, 2010 and elected the former JCIA Vice
Chairman Kenji Fujiyoshi (Chairman of Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.) as
chairman of JCIA replacing Chairman Hiromasa Yonekura, Chairman of
Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.

The Japan Chemical Industry Association (JCIA) and the Japan Responsible
Care Council (JRCC) recently selected the winners of their 34th
JCIA/JRCC “Grand Prix Safety,” “Special Safety” and “Safety” Awards for
chemical facilities with superior performance in promoting voluntary
conservation, safety and health. Showa Denko K.K., Oita Complex is
selected as JCIA/JRCC Grand Prix Safety Award.
